Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. On the bright side, the rooms had a spectacular view and plenty of natural light, which was lovely. However, they were priced higher on their website at $280, and this affected my sleep quality due to some discomfort and disturbances.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with dramatic views of the city and seaport, equipped with a mini fridge. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond for special occasions. The location is superb in the new and vibrant Seaport neighborhood, albeit a bit far from some restaurants. The dining experience is top-notch with healthy options, although service during peak times can be challenging. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.
I was a bit disappointed with the rooms at the hotel. They lacked a luxurious feel, especially considering the daily room rate. The basic amenities were missing, like a promised sea view, king-sized bed, and even bottles of water in the fridge. The room felt outdated, and using a plastic cup to get water from the dispenser was inconvenient. While the price was lower in other hotels with nicer rooms, the truth about the room quality should be disclosed to customers before charging.
The hotel has comfortable and clean rooms in a good location relative to the airport and convention center. However, the rooms are very basic and not what was expected for the price paid, lacking amenities like a sea view and a king bed. Service is exceptional and friendly, although there was an issue with misplacing car keys. The location is fun with dining and shopping options but a bit far from many restaurants. The dining experience had limited options, and the facilities are average.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, super comfortable, and clean with a lovely smell. The beds were cozy, and the staff was friendly. However, the room wasn't suited for four people, and there was no proper resolution from the hotel. Overall, upgrading to a HUGE suite made the stay even better.
Our stay at the hotel was convenient for our Trade Show, but the room setup with a converted bed was not suited for 4 people, and there was no effective problem resolution from the hotel staff. The service was professional and helpful, with an extra service provided to accommodate us when we couldn't access our vehicle easily. The location was not central but within an acceptable distance to the main attractions and restaurants in Boston. The dining options were lacking in selection and the line was too long, but the vermicelli was enjoyable.
The hotel is perfectly located relative to the airport and convention center, offering comfortable and clean rooms. I especially enjoyed the unique shower contraption. However, there was a slight inconvenience as our rooms were not ready unless we took them for one night and switched in the morning, and there were unexpected charges.
The hotel promised a sea view, but the reality fell short with basic amenities and no king bed. The room lacked essentials like water bottles, and the fridge was not cooling. On the upside, the shower contraption was impressive, and the inclusion of Peloton bikes was great for longer stays.
